Nestled below the ruins of Scarborough’s ancient castle our family run Bed and Breakfast guest house, commands spectacular views of Scarborough’s North Bay & fabulous East Coast in North Yorkshire, where you can relax in this most tranquil setting.
Janet & John offer a warm welcome to their guests. Since taking over the Guest House, we have now re-opened and commenced an ongoing extensive refurbishment programme, as we want to return this unique building to it’s former glory. Our guests comfort and enjoyment are always our priority.
We also offer free parking at the front of the house or in our garage to our Residents and Guests.

Our sea front Hotel in Scarborough’s North Bay is in easy walking distance of the North & South Bay. There is an abundance of restaurants in the town, Anne Bronte's grave is located in St.Mary's chuch yard being just 2 minutes walk from the castle by the sea guest house.
Also available for your enjoyment are Stephen Joseph Theatre and the lively night life and plenty of entertainment in Scarborough. There are 2 golf courses, indoor bowls, Scarborough Cricket Club, Peasholm Park, swimming pool, sea life centre, Scarborough Harbour and fishing, both sea and fresh water.
